John Higgins - John has been an Operating Affiliate of Anchor since 2003 and brings a unique combination of operating, finance, capital markets, M&A and systems experience to Anchor. His career has included general management and finance roles across a number of industries. Most recently John worked for InfrastuX Group, an energy infrastructure services company. He joined InfrastruX when it was $200 million in sales, served a variety of rules including running an $80 million dollar business and contributed to growing the business to over $800 million in sales, ultimately serving as the SVP (de facto COO) of the entire company. Prior to Infrastrux, John held finance and general management positions at several rapidly growing technology businesses. At ImageX.com John was the CFO during the growth of the company from $1 million to $100 million in sales in 2 years. John raised over $40 million dollars in equity capital and led the NASDAQ IPO and as well as several significant acquisitions. He has an undergraduate degree from the US Military Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School and also served as an Officer in the United States Army.

Mark Kasakevich - Mark Kasakevich is a Senior Practice Executive with Campbell Alliance, a leading management consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.  He has over 20 years of multi-functional operational and international experience in pharmaceuticals, in-vitro diagnostics, and chemicals/polymers. In life sciences, he has worked with IMS Health, Bayer Pharmaceutical and Bayer Diagnostics.  In addition, Mark spent 10 years at Shell Chemical company and has a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from Case Western Reserve, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Amherst University.

Peter Hefele - Peter is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Vitaquest International. Vitaquest is the international leader in the manufacturing and marketing of nutritional and nutraceutical products. Peter's responsibilities include the execution of merger and acquisitions, market-technology development, and the management of strategic clients. Prior to his current position, Peter was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HVL Inc., which included its market leading Douglas Laboratories Division. Before joining HVL, he served as the Manager of North American Pharmaceutical Sales for Capsugel, a Division of Pfizer. During his eleven year tenure, Capsugel became the international leader in the development and manufacturing of hard gelatin capsules (HGC). Peter sits on various corporate, charitable and historical boards, has publications in print, and is a degreed Chemist and German Literary. Peter is a graduate of Drew University.
